Kool Maids was founded in 2018 in North Ridgeville, Ohio. Denise Evans (Rak) was born to be a business owner with her tenacious spirit, attention to detail, and her managerial skills. After opening Nemo Grille in Avon, Ohio in 2001 with her family, Denise was ready to create her own company. Seeing a need in Lorain County for quality house cleaning services, Kool Maids was born. After just 4 years of serving her hometown of North Ridgeville and the neighboring towns of Avon and Avon Lake, Kool Maids is recognized as a leader in house cleaning.
